Ben joined FCA staff in 2019 after a very successful wrestling career at Messiah College. He and his wife reside in Ephrata.

Tim joined FCA as a Character Coach with the Cocalico High School football team and came on staff in 2020. He currently serves as the Area Director for Lancaster County while continuing his role as Character Coach.

Diana Roth

Diana joined the FCA staff in 2017 after attending an FCA dinner and witnessing the impact the ministry can have on a community for Christ. She now works with huddles of coaches and athletes in Eastern Lancaster County

Dan DeVinney

Dan joined the FCA staff in 2017 alongside his wife, Lisa, following years of coaching and completing his studies at Lancaster Bible College. He and his family live in Millersville.

Lisa DeVinney

Lisa joined the FCA staff in 2017 alongside her husband, Dan, after years of serving as a coach’s wife. They relocated from New York to Lancaster and now live in Millersville with their family.

Kyle Martin

Kyle first connected with FCA as a student leader in high school and interned with Lancaster FCA in the summer of 2018. He now serves coaches and athlete huddles in south-central Lancaster County.

Lesley Clapp

Lesley joined the FCA staff in 2012 in Loudoun County, VA. Two years later, she transitioned to campus ministry at Virginia Tech. In 2024, the Lord led the Clapp family to move to Lancaster, where Lesley stepped into her current role at Lancaster Bible College.

Adam Clapp

Adam joined his wife, Lesley, on staff with FCA in 2019, beginning his ministry in Blacksburg, VA. In May 2023, they moved to Lancaster County, where Adam now serves coaches and athlete huddles in central Lancaster County.

Jenn Henson

Jenn was first introduced to FCA ministry through camps during high school. She now serves as an ambassador for FCA at Manheim Central School District, where she and her family live.

Emily Ringler

Emily joined the FCA staff in Lancaster County in February 2024 and currently serves coaches and athletes in western Lancaster County.

Cheri Horst

Cheri joined FCA staff officially in 2023. Cheri was first introduced to FCA 20 years ago when she attended an FCA banquet. Since then, she has volunteered at FCA camps and supported the campus huddle at Lancaster Bible College while coaching women's lacrosse.

Jen VanDalen

Jen became more involved with FCA after her husband, Tim—now the Lancaster Area Director—began serving as a Character Coach. She started helping with camps and now supports the ministry in her role as administrative assistant.

Mike Rubin

Mike came to FCA with a background in coaching, as well as experience as a PE teacher and sports reporter. He and his wife, Shannon, now serve coaches and athletes in the southwest area of York County.

Shannon Rubin

Shannon began her FCA journey by volunteering and serving alongside Mike in their local area and at regional FCA camps. She now officially serves as an ambassador, partnering with her husband in ministry throughout southwest York County.
